In this Let's Play video, you will see me play the full release version 1.0 of Core Keeper. I will be playing on a fresh brand new World on Hard Mode with a brand new starting character. In this session, I start my journey into the Shimmering Frontier looking for Solarite Ores to create the solarite workbench and upgrading my equipment. It was Friday the 13th, so I enabled the Halloween event to get me the Grumpkin seeds that give you mining damage buffs. This is done using the Gameplay Settings Override Season Option. Got a bunch of unique Halloween items killing costumed mobs. We discovered a Battle Arena in the Shimmering Frontier. We crafted some polished items (Polished Cross Necklace and Polished Glow Tulip Ring) using the Jewelry Crafter skill. The Battle Arena fight was very challenge and difficult, so we adjusted our build with the Arcane Staff using Magic Channeling skill (for gaining Mana on Critical hits).

This game plays like Stardew Valley (minus the NPC romance), Terraria, Return From Core, and Starbound. You are teleported to an underground cavern world by a mysterious core and must find a way home. Power up the core and help it restore energy to create a way home. Core Keeper is an open world survival exploration adventure game. It has a "Zelda", "Gauntlet", and "Don't Starve" like vibe to it. You will be able to mine, craft, build, farm, fish, and fight monsters and challenging Bosses. This version of the game has significant changes from the Early Access version. Summoning and Magic skills tree got added to the game allowing you to summon minions to fight for you. Core Keeper is tons of fun. You will definitely sink many hours into this game. I highly recommend getting this game!
