I was at Bistro B in Dallas, TX taking on the Big Bowl of Pho Challenge. The food challenge was to eat an ungodly amount of noodles, some herbs, and meats in 90 minutes and you would get the food challenge free and also win a $200 gift card. If you failed the eating challenge you would have to pay $18 + tax. Not that bad of a deal for an eating challenge! This was my first Pho Eating Challenge ever! I definitely learned a lot from this challenge!!
