Filipino Recipes : Lomi
Lomi is one example of recipes from country Philippines then made by a Filipinos cousine's. Repacked Nikki Noodles with carrots, green beans, pickles, garlic, onion and cabbages are put in one cellophane is famous or popular in our state or city then it is a style of entrepreneurs to sale their merchandise.
Here are the procedures :
I put the carrots, cabbages, onion, garlic, pickles, green beans and nikki noodles in a clean plate and wash it by clean water hands out then the Nikki noodles, i wash again a clean water and drained it from the water. I put a pan in a stove and wait that the pan is warm next I put a some oil then a few minutes a put first a garlic then I suit the garlic also I put onion then suit it together, I put the carrots and mixed it together then I put also a green beans and suit it again also I put meat loaf (meat loaf) is optional or it is depends of you what you want to put a certain ingredients maybe sardines, eggs, chicken, pork or beef, it up to you guys whether you want to guys, then put soy sauce . Mixed it again.
Stear it then wait for few minutes next is put a glass of water then put a nikki noodles or (pancit) then stear it with mixed all together and put a pickles then put pepper and few minutes put salt then onion leaves next back again to put pepper leaves then covering it.
Take few minutes, after it is already cook.
