How to make a GEODE tie dye design (easy steps)
This piece is my SECOND full geode work on a shirt. My FIRST was work dated June 2021. It took me almost 3 years to make another one. Hope you like the tutorial.

How to do Ice dye Method
Step 1.) Pre-wash the shirt(100% cotton) with detergent.
Step 2.(Optional, base on your preference) Soak the shirt in Soda Ash for a minimum of 1 hou and maximum of 48 hrs. Soda Ash mixture(1 cup per 1 gallon.) Note: Soda ash is reusable.
Step 3.) Dry the shirt.
Step 4.) Fold the shirt according to the desired design(Spiral, Scrunch, Geodes & etc..,)
Step 5.) Put the dye powder.
Step 6.) Put Soda ash after the dye powder (the more the better.)
Step 7.) Let the ice melt.
Step 8.) Cure/Batch/Let it sit for 24 hrs to 48 hrs and rinse out the shirt
Step 9.) Let it dry and enjoy your tie dye shirt.
