Lutong pinoy na namimiss nating mga OFW. Mula sa simpleng buhay sa probinsya(Zambales, Luzon).

This is a very primitive type of recipe in the Philippines that is very seasonal. It is a young bamboo which only during rainy season has. It is thinly sliced,(soft part only) preboiled with salt to remove the bitter taste. Then cook well after pre boiled. (like this)
