If you're using Google Drive to collaborate with different people, you might have come across a bunch of empty folders.
Empty folders make it difficult to search and manage your files.
Although you can manually eliminate empty folders one by one, it can be a tiresome task and require lots of efforts.
Thankfully, there is an easy way to deal with this mess.
With the right tools, you can get the job done in a few minutes.
Download Google Backup and Sync and sign in to your account.
Select the folders in your account and start syncing.
Remember, this process may take some time.
Once it is completed, download Clone Files Checker and select Remove Empty Folders.
Click on Add Path and choose your Google Drive folder.
Click on Delete Empty Folders to start deleting empty folders.
Google Drive will automatically sync and update those changes online.
So, be sure to give it some time to sync your files.
