2023 Centrex ISO and Broker Management Demo
The Centrex platform allows you to manage a portfolio of broker and ISO's. Centrex segregates its contacts within the contacts tab by something called a file type. File types are what put groups of contacts in buckets. Buckets could be borrowers looking for money, brokers looking to wok with you, investors looking to invest with you, attorneys you work with etc etc. The Centrex CRM tools can be used by an ISO or broker manager just like the CRM tools can be used for a sales rep looking to sell financial products to a borrower.
