Chrigar Mugen: Naruto vs Shinobi
A shinobi battle.
Ok, but seriously what is wrong with this guy. Shinobi is terribly made character who is super cheap. He runs around the stage, turns invisible and spams shurikens that shred through your health. He also has a move that carries you into the air and does tons of damage. I know I seem very cheap for just spamming the Substitution Jutsu, but seriously this guy gives me no other choice.
