My Jesus, I believe that You are in the Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I long for You in my soul. Since I can not, at this moment, receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You and unite myself entirely to You; never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
Skip Butler, a beloved Saint Patrick Catholic School 6th-grade teacher, retired in 2014 after 40 years of teaching suffered a stroke two weeks before Christmas and was not able to recover. He passed away on January 7, surrounded by family.
A reception immediately follows at Saint Patrick Catholic School in the gymnasium named after him.
