The Russian automobile industry produces a wide range of commercial vehicles, but there is a certain deficit in the class of light delivery trucks. In the mid-2000s, the Gorky Automobile Plant presented its solution - a light delivery van GAZ-2332 CityVan, built on serial units of the Volga and GAZelle. The car turned out to be quite decent, and attracted a lot of attention from businessmen, but it never went into production.
