Evan Siddall (CEO of property Developer AIMco) says no Housing Bubble in Canada
December 5, 2021 - Evan Siddall is CEO of AIMco a pension fund that among other things invests in property development (see link below). Prior to AIMco Siddall ran a government of Canada housing agency (CMHC) and predicted the housing market would crash more than -10% even as it increased +20%++.
