Some logs contain data that may be split across multiple lines. For instance its quite common for stack traces to be reported over many lines. This can be difficult to use as the log lines appear as seperate entries in New Relic. Diogo shows how you can configure fluentbit, which is the underlying processing engine used by the New Relic infrastructure agent, to correctly parse these log lines so that they appear combined together as a single entry in New Relic.
