How to use WhatsApp ads in Chatfuel
To use WhatsApp ads in Chatfuel:
1. Create an ad in Ads Manager
/ manager
2. Set the necessary ad settings:
• In campaign settings:
Campaign objective → Engagement
• In ad set:
Conversion location → Messaging apps
Messaging apps → WhatsApp
WhatsApp number → Phone number linked to Chatfuel
• In ad creative:
Call to action → Send WhatsApp messages
3. Open dashboard.chatfuel.com/
Go to the Keywords tab, then:
Add a new Keyword group.
Set Matches as your rule.
Copy your ad headline as your keyword.
Choose a flow you want to send users to.
