After watching the first 3 episodes, I'm declaring it of the devil...
When evil is portrayed as evil, I don't see much of a problem. But when the Occult is portrayed as normal, it's a BIG issue.
It is shocking how many things that I watched as a kid, I can't watch now as an adult. Even Disney cartoons...
Lord of the Rings was already questionable having a wizard as one of the good guys. There's no such thing as a good wizard. But this was the last straw...
For example: in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, evil is clearly defined. But when the witch is portrayed as a good person (such as Nanny McPhee), you have a major problem.
This is what I see happening... The lines between good and evil are being obscured / greyed. Ironically, the first line in the show is "Nothing is evil in the beginning..."
If you think that the mark of the beast is just a future danger, think again. Most people wouldn't recognize it, even if you showed it to them. I've had people laugh and ridicule me because they didn't think that the mark of the beast has to do with "another religion."
Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone WORSHIPS the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand... Revelation 14:9
What part of "worships the beast" don't we get?
Other theories like the barcode, microchip, and vax are missing the worship element. 666 is a sacred number in the Occult- the "grand number of the sun." The mark is the symbol of the occultic sun.
@MikeWinger since you mentioned ROP in one of your FB posts...
