Karmann Ghia: Battery Under Back Seat
@PetesGhias presents a quick and easy tutorial on how to safely relocate your battery from the engine compartment to under the rear seat. This is a great modification if you have an earlier Ghia because the stock 6 volt battery is no longer available. Also, modern batteries don't fit well under the stock battery strap and will cause an engine fire if they come loose. And relocating your battery makes your engine compartment look clean and tidy.
