Our Stork IMM Pail-Line 7000-8650 Full Hybrid with electrical opening and closing will produce two 10 litre pails with handle in 2K, side-entry take-out,
and IML in 6.3 seconds. The energy consumption of this machine is extremely low due to the choice for a rack and pinion system and full recovery of the braking energy back into the grid.
Our Stork IMM Food-Line 4400-1450 Hybrid will produce six margarine covers with side-entry takeout and IML in 3.6 seconds. The cavities are equipped with cavity pressure sensors. Through the Brink robot
the cavities are balanced by means of the hot-runner.
Fluctuations in MFI are corrected to guarantee 100% perfect shots. This system has been specially designed to prevent rejects as a consequence of the increasing use of recycled material.
