Geology (Augmented reality sandbox)
The application turns the sand into a canvas for displaying the formation and shape of geological layers. First, you define some crucial parameters on the tablet or touch screen, and then explore the sand to better understand the featured objects. Instead of just looking at a 2-dimensional cross section of a piece of land, you can dissect the land in any way you like. This unique method makes the learning process more interesting and approachable. The application requires the user to have some basic geological knowledge.
