Flour - 1 cup (cup volume 240 ml)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Walnuts - 1 cup
Butter - 100 g
Cane sugar - 1 cup
Sour cream - 250 g
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
Breadcrumbs (white, no dyes) — 1 cup
Cream:
Weighed sour cream, 18-20% fat — 900 g
Icing sugar — 80 g
Optional:
Butter (for greasing the baking sheet) — 1.5 tbsp
Hazelnuts — ½ cup
