Amazon EMR - Security Rule to allow SSH connection from your Putty
This video will detail how you can configure the firewall policy of your EMR Cluster so that your Putty can establish connection with your cluster.

Remember to terminate your cluster whenever you do not plan to do anything for extended time to avoid deduction of credits while not doing anything.
