Measles and Rubella Vaccination Campaign in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique
Mozambique's Cabo Delgado has experienced a severe measles outbreak, with over 340 confirmed cases, mostly affecting children aged 9 months to 15 years. In response, the Ministry of Health, supported by WHO, GAVI, and UNICEF, sucessfully launched a campaign and vaccinated approximately 1.7 million children.
