Seamless Flexible Packaging Line Integration by Multi-Conveyor
UPDATED February 19, 2019: This video shows a series of recently built stainless steel, bolted construction conveyors, designed to transport flexible bags. The process includes a slight incline with curve Product Turner, Compression Belt, Extend and Retract Discharge and Servo Smart Belt for a smooth integration. A Multi-Lane divider was also set up to handle either two or four lanes of product as the customer requires. From there the bags move through Servo Smart Belts that start and stop based on the weight and friction of the product for continuous movement and seamless merge. Very cool.
