10$ Sunroof Delete [E36 Project Ep 10]
Looking to delete your sunroof on your E36? Need more headroom, counting lbs or going full race? In this video, I summarize how to delete your sunroof using the existing panel for next to nothing. Carbon fiber and fiberglass panels cost from $150-$350, instead of do it yourself and retain a stock look from the outside of the car.
Steps:
1- Remove Sunroof Card
2- Take sunroof panel out of sunroof card
3- Mock-up panel using shims
4- Make support tabs
5- Prep metal then weld
6- Tap the gap on the inside of the car
7- Seal the panel using your choice of sealant
