What started as a chance meeting blossomed into a two-year, long-distance romance full of road trips, summer stays, and unforgettable moments. After years of weekend visits and endless phone calls, they’ve built a beautiful life together. Now, they’re ready to celebrate the best chapter yet—with their closest friends and family at their side.
From the quirky thrifted decor, some pieces handed down from Sarah's grandmother, to a handcrafted bouquet by Sarah’s Grammy, every detail reflects the couple's love and thoughtfulness. We met on vacation in New Hampshire, we were staying with our respective friends in houses right across from each other. We talked for about 6 months after before Matt was able to make the 8 hour drive to visit me at UVA and we have been together ever since. We did long distance like that for 2 years, literally doing everything to see each other. I moved to Charleston over the summers to be with him where he was stationed and then May of 2023 we finally moved in together in Georgetown:)
