Happy Monday Explorers!! Much of the friction between the Researcher and the Supervisor is due to a mismatch between Expectation Vs Reality. One way to reduce this type of mismatch is to discuss and agree on the Ways of Working at the beginning of the research process. In this tutorial, I discuss what should be considered when negotiating the contract (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Supervisor.
