2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 sweet onion
1 package of chopped okra
For the rue:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup flour
For flavoring:
1 tbl chopped garlic
cajun seasoning
sazon seasoning
paprika
1 tbl Worcestershire
1 diced tomato
5 cups vegetable stock
3 bay leaves
black pepper
salt
