Miles O'Keeffe (imagine if Clint Eastwood and Lorenzo Lamas somehow had a kid... actually it's probably best not to) manages to out-kill John Matrix, Topper Harley and even any of the individual Rambo movies (minus the fourth one) when he takes on Henry Silva and a nearly never-ending stream of henchmen in this fine slice of low-budget macaroni-combat.
