This is a possible fix for the "White Screen" issue for version 1.3

Solution-

Step 1: Change the name of your PC

Step 2: Restart PC

Step 3: go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo\Genshin Impact
(You need to view Hidden Files to see folder "AppData")

Step 4: Open the info.txt file and manually update your deviceName on second line.

Take Note:
1. If you can't find the info.txt, you need to reinstall the game.
2. Seems like without the info.txt will also work.
3. IF your PC name contains any Chinese Words, Korean Alphabets, Japanese Kanas/Kanjis, or any non Latin alphabets the game simply breaks, possibly due to Notepad being unable to recognize the letters
