Fish Sticks Burger (Recipe) || [ENG SUBS]
How to cook a Fish Sticks/Fingers Burger with Remoulade.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 4 Fish Sticks Burger:
•12 fish sticks/fingers
•4 buns/rolls
•1 red onion
•1 tomato
•½ Romaine lettuce
•100 grams mayonnaise
•1 egg
•1 tablespoon creme fraiche
•1 tablespoon pickled capers
•1 gherkin + 1 tablespoon of gherkin pickle water
•½ teaspoon of paprika powder (noblesweet)
•Oil for frying
•Salt & pepper

•Small pot to cook the egg
•Bowl to stir together the remoulade
•Large pan
•Kitchen paper
