Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a televised address in which he called Yevgeny Prigozhin's mutiny "betrayal" and "treason," as well as "a blow to Russia." Anyone who "took the path of betrayal" "will face inevitable punishment," Putin declared, adding that "decisive action will be taken to stabilize the situation."
