What is known about Nikolai Durov, the brother of the founder of Telegram?
Politico reports that French authorities have issued an arrest warrant not only for Telegram founder Pavel Durov, but also for his older brother, Nikolai. The Durov brothers worked together to create the social network VKontakte, and later Telegram. Nikolai Durov, however, has never been a public figure and rarely communicates with journalists—there is very little information about him in open sources.
