In this video I showcase Astral Chain on the Switch emulator Ryujinx while using the 60 FPS mod. Note that when using this mod, cutscene animations will play at 2x speed.

Installation Process
Extract the zip file after downloading and put the 60FPS folder in the Astral Chain mod directory. (Right click the game and click open mod directory)
