Hi I’m Benjamin Burga. Many years ago, I had the crazy idea to create a carbeque from my brother’s 1981 Toyota Celica which later led to me to start Rollnbbq – mobile catering in Melbourne. We have catered at many festivals, markets, private and corporate functions across Victoria. Through my years of experience I have learnt the do's and don’ts and would like to share them with you here on YouTube.
