How To Report Damaged, Broken, Or Missing Pokémon Products You've Purchased
I am TICKED off! I just bought a Pokémon Celebrations ETB...but it was missing the Greninja promo!!!!
I've heard about other people experiencing this same issue, so figured I'd make a video showing how to report specifically product issues for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
They're clearly backlogged, but I have heard that the Pokémon Company will eventually make it right if your issue is well documented and clearly legit.
