So friends, let's start the main tutorial. These are the data entries you can already see on my computer. These are all Apollo data for the United States that I have collected for various clients. After collecting all the data, I separated them country-wise. These are the data for the USA. Now, I will show you the data. I have already combined four files, each containing 793,000 Apollo data entries from the USA. Now, I want to combine them, remove duplicates, and make the data format clear.

In the Excel sheet, you will see four sheets: Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 3, and Sheet 4. Each sheet contains a lot of data—113,000 entries in total. However, the column order is not consistent across the sheets. For example, in some sheets, the "country" column is first, while in others, it's not. Manually combining these sheets would take a lot of time because you would need to check each column and row position before copying and pasting the data.

But we can easily do this using my favorite tool, Power Query. In this video, I’ll demonstrate how you can easily understand the entire process. I want to combine all four sheets into one and then remove duplicates to create a clean and clear report.

First, click on "From Excel Workbook." Then, click on "Get Data." Select "From File," then "From Excel Workbook." Since this file is large, it may take some extra time, so please keep watching. After importing the sheets, select the first column and click "Transform Data." A Power Query window will open.

Next, remove any unnecessary steps, leaving only the source. Remove any null values, and transform the data as needed. Then, choose the first two columns, right-click, and remove other columns. All your actions will be automatically recorded.

Expand the data columns to see all the column names, including "Country," "First Name," and "Last Name." Then, uncheck any unnecessary options and click "OK." All the data will be combined, and an extra column with the sheet name will appear. Click on "Close and Load" to extract the data from all four sheets.

Once the data is extracted, you can remove duplicates, clean the data, and finalize the report. This process might take some extra time, so please be patient. After extracting 454,000 data entries, you will see the data in a table format.

To finalize, convert the table to a general format and freeze the top row. Add cell borders to make the data more visually appealing. Delete any unnecessary sheets using your preferred tool. Finally, sort the data by email and remove duplicates, ensuring only unique email addresses remain.

We have successfully completed the process, reducing the data to a unique set of 113,000 entries. This is the technique I wanted to explain in this video. I hope you learned something new, even though this video is a bit lengthy. I tried to cover many aspects so that you can easily replicate the process for your clients, saving time and producing a clean, perfect report.
