Salmon and leek puff pastry
Hello everyone,
Here's a very simple recipe for a salmon and leek puff pastry with a pretty braided finish.
Ingredients:
1 leek
1 large handful of grated Gruyère cheese
2 salmon fillets
5 tbsp heavy cream
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp fish seasoning
1 pinch of salt
1 sheet of puff pastry
