as tempting as you wehraboos want to type "hood goes boom" or "atleast ------" or blasting sabaton's music, please keep in mind that you are latching on and over glorifying an overweight metal coffin that achieved only 2 achievements :
one-shotting a WW1 Battlecruiser that lacks retrofitting
being a nuisance for the Royal Navy
and failed at her original job : blasting merchant ships
and then she got meme'd by a bunch of weaponized shopping bags with none shot down, having her crew dodging shells like they are soldiers on the ground dodging artillery, and scuttling the ship ( this is in no way a valid counter-argument, it only proves that the Bismarck's crews already lost the fight thanks to the constant pummeling by the Royal Navy)
Her 8 days of career were memorable, but not to a certain extent as what you want to believe. HMS Warspite, the whole TAFFY 3, IJN CarDiv 1 and 2, HMAS Sydney, Prinz Eugen, even Yamato or Blucher are on the same pedestal, or more memorable.
