The FN SCAR (Special operations forces Combat Assault Rifle) is a belgian assault rifle coming from FN Herstal
Where to find:
You'll get it in the chemlab under the FN SCAR category, or by console using the command help scar 4 weap (lazy ^^)
+Also available to vendors with gun speciality, gunners (lvl20min) with the LList version.
-The holster is buildable in the chemlab under the same category and customisable at the armor bench
