In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom for the Nintendo Switch, it's up to Princess Zelda for the first time to save the kingdom of Hyrule. With her new wise and magical abilities, she explores the land and the world of nothingness, defeats dangerous monsters, masters difficult dungeons, solves the problems of the inhabitants, and must solve the mystery of mysterious rifts that are devouring the inhabitants of Hyrule. Among the missing are even the King of Hyrule and the legendary swordsman Link! Now it's up to Zelda to take over the rescue.
Together with the mysterious fairy Tri, Zelda embarks on a great adventure. Armed only with the Tri-Staff and her wisdom. With the Tri-Staff, she can create echoes – copies of objects from her surroundings. Old beds become bridges, boulders become projectiles, and water blocks are used to create climbing aids. Even echoes of monsters fight alongside her.
But echoes alone can't overcome all challenges. Zelda needs two additional powers: With Unison, she can move objects, and with Inverse Unison, she follows the movements of platforms or monsters. A great deal of creativity is therefore required to overcome the puzzles and dangers in Hyrule.
Zelda's journey takes her through various regions, from the hot Gerudo Desert to the lush Phirone Swamps. Along the way, she encounters many people who need her help. In her journal, Zelda records all open quests and tasks. Helpfulness plays an important role in her adventure, and she knows she will be rewarded for it.
In the mysterious world of the void, which she reaches via portals, she can investigate the origin of the rifts. Here, the inhabitants of Hyrule are trapped, and menacing dungeons with even more dangerous bosses are hidden.
Who or what is behind the chaos? Zelda must find out!
