Ingredients:
Tops - 400 gr.
Water - 2 liters + 20 gr. salt
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Bulb - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Vinegar or lemon juice - 3 tablespoons, 5%
Vegetable oil
Salt
Ground black pepper

Boil the tops for 3 minutes in 2 liters of water at the rate of 10 gr. salt per liter of water.
