Twitch Stream - PRESTO 1-D Coil Winding Demonstration
Demonstration of the winding process for the PRESTO 1-C and 1-D Cutterhead drive coils. I show you all my tools and processes for coil winding. I go over how to make the 5C coils as well but don't make one in the video. Here you see me do everything but apply the epoxy to set the coil. And, I fully explain the process and give you plenty of tips and wisdom. No background music or video mixing in this stream. Just pure data.
NOTE: As I do this stream I realize that part of an explanation I gave in a prior video is WRONG. You can hear me say this toward the end. Yes, I can be wrong and I do admit it. I will be filming a followup that will point out my error using previously recorded video, explain why it was in part wrong, and go on to show how things actually are.
