Pado-Strategic Management- Cesim Global Challenge
Purpose:
the project was set out for a group of students to work with this tough simulation. Cesim a global simulation that tests knowledge on decision making.
Cesim: A setup that tests students in all the departments of a global business such as; marketing, management, finance procurement, investments, logistics, and the whole enchilada
Group project concept:
my group and I established a focussed cost-cutter, and the focussed differentiator, where we innovate in technology where providing low cost of production per unit and establishing a diverse set of technology for consumers to choose from, the three destinations were; the USA, Asia, Europe. We created an internal, as well as an external analysis of the simulation. we also added a simple website that is not published to aid our Vrio:(Value, Rarity, Imitation Of Cost, Organization) link down below.

An interesting platform where you can create websites while using Google as a search engine or pay to publish sites.
