Neil Bearden - Principle of Charity
Neil Bearden is a professor in Decision Sciences in INSEAD. He has been published in numerous journals and books and has been delivering talks all around the world, including a TEDx talk in Germany. In his talk, his core message is simple: we humans are prone to misunderstandings. With a little cognitive effort we can mitigate some misunderstanding risk. Doing so can help us with colleagues, with family, with strangers, with our clients -- all over the place.
