Wat Po is a beautiful landmark, a place of worship, a historical site. This place can be visited again and again (as long as you're okay with a ~5 USD enterance fee). The environment in this temple complex is serene and inspiring. Please join me as I walk through the complex, examining architecture and experiencing this religious and cultural site.
This complex was built by Thai royalty over 200 years ago on site of an older, destroyed temple. It houses over 1000 images of Buddha, including some exceptional examples. I am looking forward to my next visit here.
