Dough:
flour 750 gr
dry yeast 10 gr
lukewarm water 280 ml
lukewarm milk 200 ml
sugar 15 gr
salt 15 gr
Stuffing:
spring onion 90 g
cheese (mozzarella and emmental) 250 g
parsley 30 gr
parmesan 70 gr
butter 20 gr
baking tray 26 cm.
1 egg yolk + 2 tablespoons milk
bake 40 min / 180 ° C
