An EAP is basically a roadmap for handling emergencies on the field or court. It's about being prepared. A good plan includes:
A clear way to call for help.
Staff trained in CPR and how to use a defibrillator (AED).
Having the right equipment on hand, like first aid kits.
Practicing what to do in case of an emergency.
Someone in charge of making sure everything is in order.
