Estes Mercury Atlas Launch
This is Estes kit #2111. I've had this model for about 20 years before mustering confidence to build and fly it. I rotated the phone camera 90 degrees to keep the two descending sections in view, so apologies for how disorientating it is. The engine used was a D12-3. The escape tower popped off at touchdown but that's an easy fix.
