A lot of people begin their financial freedom journey digesting Dave Ramsey financial advice. His avoid debt by all means mentality has caused a defining mindset shift for many people that have been listening to him.
However what many of these people don't know is that his teachings will keep you in the middle class and actually prevent you from building wealth.
The wealthy use debt to invest in assets that other people will pay for. Dave Ramsey won't tell you this though because he has built a persona based on a no debt philosophy. Leveraging other people's money is a skill that you must develop to build wealth faster.
