Pin To Browser (Fixed Positioning) - Axure 6.5
Create a static element which stays in place when you scroll. Convert the widgets into a dynamic panel and then right-click and select Edit Dynamic Panel, Pin To Browser. This is a new feature found in Axure 6.5.
