Why You Shouldn't Donate to Streamers
The video contains tedious reasoning (a lot of empty talk!), but it doesn't descend into banality:
1. You need to donate – streamers are wasting their time! That's work too!
2. No – they're slackers, let them go to the factory!
In short:
1. The activity doesn't benefit the streamer or anyone else.
2. It creates the illusion of being busy.
3. For many streamers, donations (money) are the main, and often the only, motive for their activity.
4. It hinders their evolution in life (what next, after losing popularity?). In this case, the factory is truly better.
5. There will always be new streamers looking to conquer Twitch and YouTube. So those who left due to low donations will quickly be replaced. There will be no losses, and the money will stay with you.
6. There are no unique streamers; popularity is NOT based on objective stream quality indicators in most cases. See once-popular channels that are now losing viewers and views.
7. We noticed female streams out of the corner of our eye (they just happened to be in the sample because they were active).
