Use the Excel SEQUENCE Function to Produce a Calendar

Excel's #SEQUENCE function makes making a calendar in Excel a breeze. One little function with a few parameters is all it takes.
If you create a printable calendar in Excel, you can use this to try out the productivity technique of "Don't Break the Chain". Basically, you put an X on each day of the calendar where you perform the habit/skill you're trying to adopt. After time passes, you get motivated to NOT break the chain of Xs on your calendar.
We also test out using a custom date formatting.
